Time Change

Dish is clearly having trouble with the Time Change. I am watching my time in my guide go back and forth and it is messing up my guide and recordings. Why is this so difficult?

Same here on my 722. The clock reads 9:30PM but it's really 10:30 here. The guide has 10:30 in the leftmost corner and it won't let you scroll 'back' left to 9:30... If you leave the guide up for more than one minute, the clock in the corner advances to the correct time... (went from 9:29PM to 10:30PM).. but then if you cancel and go back to the guide, it's off by 1 hour again.

Same problem here, select wants to create a timer, wife complaining for me to fix it. Alright honey after I finish this next beer.

Guide acting up due to daylight saving time

I'm trying to surf the guide to see what's on right now and it seems to be acting up because of daylight savings time ending tonight. The time on the guide is one-hour behind already. I don't know why it's already adjusted as DST is not suppose to end until 2 AM.

Damn... I should've read this thread first before starting another one on the same topic. Mods can merge the threads. Anyway, having the same problem here in Detroit. It seems they already adjusted the time on the guide already, but it's not suppose to end until 2AM. I don't get why they're having problems with it this time. They never used to have problems with it before.

I dont get why Dish cant do to the guide like Directv does

The D* guide right now shows like this
12:30AM 1:00AM 1:30AM 1:00AM 1:30AM

So it shows 1 & 1:30 twice in the guide

In the spring it shows 1:00AM 1:30AM 3:00AM 3:30AM

instead of this monkey shine guide where all next week the timers are off by an hour right now...hope its fixed tomorrow

Same here. Started at 10pm eastern on my 722ks must be a bug in l690. No issues on my 211k

yeah my 211k is fine. Showing 10:00 right now (Central time...correct)

If your guide reports an incorrect time, please stay in guide 4 1 minute, guide should then be ok. we are aware of this issue *LF

I have a 722. Doing a check switch fixed the 'select' button issue. My time is still wrong but the guide grid is correct (indicates the correct timeslot for the show I'm watching).

The time is correct on my 922 but at 9 my recordings stopped and all timers after are not in the schedule.
