    Another remote problem

    What brand tv? Phillips/mag and a few other brands don't like our remotes very well.

    D* Wireless Adapter

    D* recommends 2mps for sd, 4mps for hd downloads. Any less than that and you'll run into that prob. Just ran into that one on a service call today.

    Strange signal issue

    What area are you in? We have been having issues with local channels in kc for quite some time. What type of dish are you using? Swm3 lnbs manufactured by wnc (has white lens cap) have had a known issue that produces freezing vid and sfss on hd channels intermittently.
