I know I just found that thread, somehow missed it before. Have you done the manual "tweek" for Apps to SD yet? Google currently has it disabled in the leaks. Just a simple ADB command and then you can move almost all apps you want to SD card. Just stay away from those that have widgets...

FYI, you can get Froyo 2.2 for your Droid or Nexus now...if you Root. Been running 2.2 FRF57 on my Droid for a few weeks now and it is rock solid...and FAST! Also the apps to SD card works great! I created a Black Glass Theme for a week or so ago. :-) [Theme] 928Droid "Black Glass" 2.2...

Lineman, Thanks for the quick reply. That thread is one I found, hence the arm length question. I have a Dish 1000, and a Dish Plus, and an EA LNB, BUT I don't have the stinkin EA arm :-) From what I read the EA arm is shorter, so I guess my biggest question is how much shorter, or if...

Hi guys, I know this has been answered before but I tried search and couldn't find it. Can an EA LNB (1000.4) be mounted on either a Dish 1000 or a Dish Plus? Does the arm need to be shortened and if so does anyone know the proper length? Thanks in advance for your help. Dave

dave10a, I would call back and ask for Technical help. I never use the normal Customer service at Dish for anything because the few times I tried whatever I needed was not done correctly. Concerning the RV situation I find it very odd. I called a month ago and told them I was moving one...

For a while I ran 2 HDTVs via an HDMI splitter with my 622. One HDMI run was 30 feet, the other one was 20 feet. It worked OK, but every once in a while the audio would drop and I would have to turn the TV off and back on to get the audio back. Eventually I did as others suggested, one TV on...

Yep, I moved back to the Greenville DMA from "Charlotte" a few minutes ago and all of the Greenville-Asheville HD channels are coming thru great..so far!

Well they did do a GREAT job of messing up the fast forward and reverse feature, mine is now very "weird" and "clunky" :-(

I have been refusing to "believe it" as in no HD locals in Greenville, SC since 2006, then even more when as you said Direct has had them 1st Q last year. It is even more insulting if the "flatlanders" down in Greenville NC who can get all their OTA HD locals with a metal twist tie from a loaf...

After seeing that the Greenvile NC mention wasn't a typo, I gave up on the Greenville SC locals happening anytime soon, if ever. And where I live a 500 foot tower wouldn't even get me OTA. So I, tweaked my 1000+ Dish yesterday to maximize 118.7, made the call today and relocated 3 miles up...

It better be, if the little town (72k pop) Greenville, NC got it's very own locals in HD (they are already in the Raliegh DMA) after all the promises about Greenville, SC HD for the last 2 years, somebody would go postal on Dish :-)

Scott, Is that a typo? Shouldn't it be Greenville SOUTH Carolina... which BTW,does also cover Western North Carolina.

I have 2 leased 622s also, got them back to back with in weeks of each other. This was back when they first came out and caught on to it. I remember a discussion with tech support a few months ago and they made a comment like "you know you are not supposed to have 2 622s". I simply replied...
