Thanks for the reply - do you have any other information? Is this device ultimately incompatible with UK Freesat/FTA? Or is it an issue with SOME of the qqboxes that have a hardware issue? Is there anywhere to buy this device with some sort of guarantee or is it a case of giving up using it in UK?
