You could always re-aim the wing dish yourself. To find and peak just that one satellite isn't too difficult. I'm a Joe do-it myselfer and have peaked 2 Dish 1000's and a Superdish for family without use of an in-hand meter. You can do it.

Yep. You pay $40 one time for the privilege. Make sure the drive you buy has it's own power supply and is not multiple drives bridged together. Look on this site for the list of drives that will work.

Yep, plug your locale into TVfool and see what stations are available and it will give you the "real" channel numbers and you can plug the "real" channel into the the add locals feature you've found and then you can tell if it's receivable. Acer
