Calling the Dish retailer is a waste of time. They transfer your call to a US retailer if you don't have service in PR. I can't even get a price from them. My Hopper 3 was working with my PC and my Synology 212J as a NAS. There was a SW update and now it only buffers off of the Synology. Very frustrating.
