1. Hit your Info button, go over to PIP and you should have several choices as to the location of the PIP screen. 2. The volume will only be heard on the non-PIP screen. You can make the PIP screen the active one (with volume) by hitting your down arrow key, which switches between the two screens.

Can someone point me to the url on Dish's website regarding the Flex24 plan? I've looked and cannot find this info.
