I already tried that option a few times, didn't make a difference. No one so far has been able to explain how to load and install the Downloaded Android TV software in tech settings since not sure what the point of it is to download but there is no install option when it was working.

I wonder how does the Available Joey Software list get updated? Is it the Hopper 3 polling DISH or is it DISH polling the Hopper 3 as normally it will update on it's own after the software is updated although it may take the first nightly reboot after the software update for it to work.

Yes, until the Available Joey Software lists the Android TV versions which starts with a P, both the Download software update for the Android TV device itself and the Technician Settings -> Download Android TV (ATV) will have the no target error and won't be able to check or update the software.

It should but in my case, I had P14701 until I manually updated yesterday so the 11/26/2025 is not the installed date. Yes, there are always some bad parts about it. MultiView for me even without the Hopper+ is not stable as it can hang or cause the Hopper3 to reboot.

Look to the column next to it, you are looking at the Hopper3 software version, there is a Hopper Plus software section to the right of it.

Your DishAnywhere actually shows you the streaming channels? I only see the satellite channels in the guide, not the streaming channels. At least I know it is not showing any of the Jade World streaming channels which are international and streaming only as they took out the satellite option...
