Low and behold I got some signal with this Fortec Universal Lnbf 9750-10600 with a quality of 87% on transponder 11720, I did a blind scan, but I got nothing but blank black screen channels in all 16 channels with names like, SNOM, DAAI, CQTV, PAC2, etc......... and they all have the $ sign on...
