Nevertheless besides that situation I am VERY happy with the HD channels...So I have mixed feelings on the Directv service....I woulndt recommend or not recommend their service based on my experience...I'm sitting on the fence..hehe

Milkman...everything you are saying does not address my original post...Directv used illegal practices by telling me that my waivers for ABC, NBC, CBS and PBS were 'approved" and that Fox was pending but should have no problem being approved once I activate service....then once installed I found...

Finally someone understands..lolz...well the waivers from the Fox & ABC networks out here were denied and of course it being "denied" isn't Directv's fault...what is their fault is telling me I already had approval for ABC and that Fox "was pending but I should have no problem gettin approval...

Both CSR's at two differnet times told me I had "approved" waivers from ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS and Fox's Waiver was still pending but that when I activate service they are sure it will be approved....then after the install I was told I did not have approved waivers.....how have I misunderstood...
