    Echostar 15 launch update

Do somebody (maybe Scott) know what kind of programming Echostar 15 will carry? I thought it would be mostly HD. But then I saw this info from Dish: July 28, 2010 Dear DISH Network® Retailer, In an effort to help us simplify our installations and launch more HD content, earlier this year we...

    Mexico signal issues

It's strange. Because it looks like in Zihuatanejo you get exactly the opposite transponders than you get in the center of the country, if your readings are correct. Today I get those readings with a 2.40 m. dish, near Mexico City: 6 59 7 0 8 0 9 0 10 48 11 48 12 0...

Trying to find 119 but 118 takes over!

A combined 118.7-119º Legacy LNB has a frequency range from 11.7 to 12.7 GHz vs 12.2 to 12.7 GHz for a normal LNB, and a LO frequency of 10,750 MHz vs 11,250 MHz for a normal LNB. They use it for FTA receivers, where they can adjust the LO frequency, but it will not work with a subscribed...

Is there some information about which transponders they will use for CONUS beam, and if those are going to be in HD or SD?

FIRST LOOK: Dish 500+ Dish 1000+ and the Dish 1000.2!

Where can we get the 119/118.7 LNB? Here I am once more with my question: is it possible to get that LNB separatly, and where can I buy it? I would like to get both satellites with one dish, and try that on my van. Does somebody know who sells that new LNB?

    118.75 & 119 Together?

I have heard there should be a "combo" LNB, receiving both satellites (the whole frequency range 11.7-12.2 and 12.2-12.7 GHz) in one LNB, instead of the need of one LNB for 119º and another LNB for 118.75º. Is that right? And where can I get it?
