I went through all of the initial setup procedures and called level 2 tech support and still no signal on local ota channels

I was force fed the update and now I don't get any local ota channels. My phone line was hooked up.

Last night there was an update which reset my h10 recv. back to factory settings. After going through the set up process I am unable to recv. ( very weak signal) my HD local channels. Level 2 tech support has not heard of any complaints as of yet. Has anyone had this problem yet? Uhd and hdnet...
