I know, we have subscribed since before it was on Dish (GlobeSat). They said they would take 5 minutes to add DW-TV back on and that was 2 hours ago so I assumed I'm screwed also. I'm glad they added another channel to the package but $8 a month is too much. There just isn't that much...

Dish tried to take away one of our channels while still charging us the old package price (apparently you have to fight to be 'grandfathered'). I had to talk to several people before they would reinstate my old package. We'll see if they actually do. Is anyone else having this problem?

Euronews is supposed to be broadcast in several languages. Dish's site lists several channels but they are all in English. I subscribe to the "grandfathered" German Language Pack. Anyone know how I get the German broadcast of this channel? I don't think it's an equipment issue I have a Dish...

That sucks. You might want to try this. It's the Sima CT-2 video signal processor, I got one on Amazon for about $65. It allows me to backup protected contect, I imagine it works with broadcast as well. There may be a newer model out now...

Don't get a superdish! The LNBFs are crap. They are effected by heat, DW-TV is gone completly and ProSeiben only works at night for me. Dish won't admit it's defective and will charge me to come out since I got the great free Globecast to Dish 'upgrade'. I've been waiting for the Intls to...

I hope They actually took away a channel 'GermanTV'. Merkel cut the funding as soon as she took over. They substituted it with the pathetic DW-TV which is only news and only half in German. It used to be available online for free. The delay hurts, I want to upgrade to HD but I want to shed...
