Got my HDMI cable. I must say the HD channels look AWESOME now. Im really happy with my new service, glad i waited all the BS out lol took me 6 weeks to get hooked up on the eastern arc but it was well worth the wait.

Thanks for the site, Yeh the regular composite cables suck big time that comes with the receiver. I hooked a regular cable line to it and it looks 10 times better from just doing that so i can imagine what and HDMI will do.. But so far love the DVR and channels.

I was installed today on eastern arc and my receivers dont have any smart cards. they have the slot but nothing in them.

FINALLY GOT IT ISNTALLED...lol.. Tech came hooked up no problems about 92 percent signal stregnth on all 3 birds... Hd looks like sh*t though guess where its hooked up just through regular composite cable(red,yellow,white) goin to get me an hdmi tomorrow...

I hope ive been out there pacing the yard looking around.. I think i can go beside the house about 30 foot if they will allow me at least 50 ft of cable i know i will be in good shape. i just hope they dont send someone that dont wanna at least try, hell ill do the buryin and help them do...

UPDATE: STILL NO DISH LOL... I was scheduled again for Nov.25 they called said the installers still didnt have the equipment to set me up. And this time cancelled my whole damn account. So i told them to hell with this sh*t that it wasnt worth me having to wait around and be told next week...

Thanks to the new update had to go buy a new xbox lol...soon as i downloaded the new upgrade red rings of death hit it..oh well got 3 years out of it. I bought an arcade and just used my old hard drive 120gb didnt see the since buying another elite. The new arcades have the HDMI.

LOL Knott county ky, has 0 of anything. I dont even really care about the locals i just wanted tv lol. Im just goin back to my cable. Been nothing but a headache for me trying to get dish. Yeh i like it..Netflix is awesome just hope they bring more movies to the table. But for 8.00 a month for it u cant beat it.

Yeh i finally got my netflix up and going ..Its awesome but pisses me off that half the movies that were on last not arent avaidable now that sony is being a bunch of a**holes..What the deal i mean its stupid they will make money cause of the lic. oh well who cares WTG Xbox this was a kool upgrade.
