    Where have the good meters gone?

    Yes, there's lots of meters out there but which ones work well with Dish Network besides Super Buddy? Many don't warn you they don't work with multi-eye LNBs because of power requirements. Many don't warn you they don't work with SR of 21500. A user manual in English would be helpful. I'd...
