Is anyone else having a problem with Hartford CT locals? Not sure if it is still happening now (since I am at work) but this morning I went to watch the news...get nothing but a black screen. Sometimes the picture would come on but then would freeze. This was happening on CH3 (CBS) CH30...

I was going through Direct TV web site and saw that they have additional local channels compaired to Dish. They have what is called Neighboring Local Channels. Meaning I would be able to get some channels from MA and RI (I live in Northeastern CT) So I would get all the local channels...
