Looks like I'm sliding into 1st base just before the inrease! Install setup for the 26th.... I called INSTALLS,Inc., and asked for the contractors number, they won't give it out but will have him call me.... I'm still waiting. I just want to confirm the date, time and choice of eqpt so...

My install is scheduled for 05/26/04, I called INSTALLS, INC., but they will not tell me who the installer is or his phone number.... sez she'll have him/her(!?!) call me.... still waiting for that call! I had a doctor appt in the afternoon but cancelled even though the install is set for the...

I don't have any "install" info on my site either, I have emailed VOOM..... This will be my first "test" of VOOM customer service.... I'll let everybody know how it turns out, install set for 05/26/04. :confused:

While I'm waiting for my ZOOM to be installed on the 26th, you guys have convinced me to get a remote. I haven't heard any reviews of the Harmony H-748, which looks really COOL.. anybody have this one or know anything about it????? Otherwise I'll opt for the SST-688 for $159.95 including...

I, too, believe the prices are too high....... why not make it available to all VOOM subscribers for cost + 10%???? A.) VOOM would still make a small profit, but more important, B.) It would enhance the viewers enjoyment of VOOM and probably assure much longer monthly service due...
