    DirecTV offers to customers who complain about dropped Viacom channels

    I got $20 off for a year and 6 months free Starz/Showtime. I got free Sunday Ticket as well, but that required a 1 year contract. Thank you Viacom! FYI I called Saturday at Noon PT.
