    103 Satellite ?

    We should get more HD channels with the transponders being turned off.

    I checked my signal strength this morning on sat 103(c), and transponders 17 & 22 are 0. The rest of the transponders are in the 90's. All of my HD channels are good. Are they now spot beams?
