Yep, I got the call as well today with the same questions and rated them poorly since they came out three times trying to get everything working. First time the receiver didn't even have the VSB module installed and they were wondering why the OTA wasn't working at all!

I heard from Voom directly (inside tech source) that they updated 18% of the database at random and the rest of the users will be updated Tuesday and Wednesday. Unfortunately I was one of the ones that wasn't updated.
