I up-graded my programing and had to up-grade my receiver also, to get the new programing. Dish Network charged me $50.00 to up-grade my pro- graming. I thought there was no charge to up-grade programing. Was I wrong?? I just thought it was free.... Thanks a Lot, bill-496
