I'm a 48-year-old software developer living in the Tampa Bay area of Florida who can't wait for the day he gets back to Skowhegan, Maine.I've got a mug only my mother could love, just kidding... I'm a generally happy person. My life gets better every day. I can't say I have absolutely no regrets, but who does? You make the best of things, forgive what you need to, ask forgiveness when you need to, forget what you need to and move on, if, when and where you need to. All around, life is good.I'm a software artisan by trade. In my spare time, I can be found playing role-playing games (I'm especially into the massive-multiplayer ones, like Dark Age of Camelot, Everquest, Jade Island, Perfect World, Eve Online or World of Warcraft), relaxing with Alison, Savannah and Bella watching a Netflix movie or playing a board game, catching up with one of the few television shows I like (such as Doctor Who, Stargate Universe, etc), reading a good Sci-Fi or Fantasy book, solving puzzles and problems, digitally archiving and collecting music, electronic books, movies or roms for antiquated computers, arcade machine, gaming consoles, pinball machines, etc, working out the unification of field theory, or spending time with God.It's hard to believe that I'm almost fifty. I still wake up in the morning and feel like I'm in my twenties. I live mostly a stress free lifestyle. I have the love of a good woman. Alison is a blessing to me. Savannah is a great kid. She is eight years old now and though I wasn't there when she was conceived, to her, I am Daddy. And, we have a great, little Boston Terrier (or should I say Terror) named Bella. We got her as a puppy and she's still a bit rambunctious, but she's a lot of fun and we love her.I am on Facebook to reconnect with old friends (and some new), to forge new spiritual and political alliances and to find a war/role playing gaming group whom would like to meet up and play these games 2 to 4 times per month.
