    129 signal dropouts

    hi, i live in Alberta, Canada, and i scanned for 129. I was able to get +120 HD channels. But the problem is when i want to watch the channels i keep getting signal dropout (quality) every 2-3 seconds , making it unwatchable. Do you think the CIEL 2 will fix this issue, and when will it be...
