I saw where the Joplin, MO HD locals got deleted. What's up with that? Are we now not going to be getting locals in HD?

I'm in the Joplin, MO area. If I were to call Dish about getting the wing dish, about how much would that cost me? I would love to have my locals in HD, but not if it's going to cost me an arm and a leg.

This may be a dumb question, but the 24 month commitment is for Dish Network service, not HBO/STARZ service right? So if I sign up for this, and don't want HBO/STARZ after the 3 free months, can I cancel, or will I be stuck with them for the whole 2 year term?
