    Hopper secondary remote problem

    The remote for our Joey 3.0 works, but the forward and backward buttons (the arrow ones) don't work properly. They forward way more than 30 seconds, and way more than 10 seconds backward. After that, it's difficult to find where you left off in the program. How can I fix this? Thanks!
