    I got 40.00 off a month for one year. It brought me down to the amount I have been paying the last two years. It took some time talking and you have to be nice. This deal will be up in October. Call back until someone helps you.

    Who else found other means to subscribe to HBO and/or Cinemax? What service is it?

    Spectrum offered us a package of their premium package minus Cinemax through their straming system for 15 dollars a month for two years. We have their internet and basic package o 22 channels. I stream through Roku. I cound not do it with Fire. 70 channels

    They did make it clear to me that I would loose my promotion if I did that. I think they need to rethink it. They are on the verge a good customer after 10 years. I have been in business over the years and can tell you it cost more to get a new customer than it does to save an old one...

    We live in a rural and we can get one station over the air. I have tested everything I know of. We are are 80 miles from the nearest tower. I hate that 12 dollar fee. But no choice and I am sure there are many others in the same bind.

    I got that email and it said i recently upgraded my package. I already get that in my 250 pack...I thought it was a scam from someone who got into my account. I checked into it and the customer service had no idea what I was talking about. No changes were made to my package.

    They added 10.00 a month on my bill also. I am locked into a price for 24 months but this charge of 10 dollars for locals is not included in that. I am more than happy with their service. When the premium 90 day package ran out i called and they gave me a good deal on hbo for 10 and showtime...
