    Have you set the receiver to Dolby Digital? The DD is louder than the stereo out.

    If you have ST MAX, then you can use the PS3 app at no extra charge. You can watch ST thru the PS3 simultaneously with ST thru your satellite box. One signal comes via the dish, the other via the internet.

    I got a 10 dollar credit for 12 months from the first CSR I spoke with. Seemed fair, I took it and ran.
