Thanks for the reply. I called Dish and they said I have two choices in their new "promotion" for HD local channels: 1) free installation of a new dish - with an additional 24 month commitment 2) one time 59.95 charge for the install I have less than 3 months left on my original commitment...

Unless we're supposed to do something special to see them, they aren't showing up yet. I've got 250 package with HD and locals, but I'm not seeing anything "new" in regards to locals in HD.
