    What's the real deal then! The first message in this thread by chastulsa stated the "Dish'n it Up" promo was $50. I assume this is the install fee. Then there should be a monthly lease fee. So, I call and CSR tells me $148.00 install fee, then $5.00 a month for lease and a $4.9? DVR fee...
