What is Directv charging for UHD movies?

I have the XTRA package and no movie channels or Sunday Ticket. Been with Directv for 6 years and never had a discount before. I was shocked too. Would have been happy with $30 off

Called today and talked to retention department. Asked them if they could do anything to reduce my bill. They gave me Showtime free for 4 months and $60 a month off for 12 months. 5 minute call.

Called Directv yesterday and asked to have my HR34 replaced. The CSR was awesome. Said no problem. Said it would be here in 2 to 3 business days. It came overnight. Shipped from other side of Atlanta. All I can say is WOW. The HR44 blows the HR34 away in speed. Enjoyable watching TV again.

My HR34 worked fine till the last couple of firmware updates. Posted Using The New SatelliteGuys Reader App!

Is anyone else having a problem with the HR34 being very sluggish? It take 20-30 seconds for the guide to load. Sometimes it takes that long for channels to change as well. It's very inconsistent. Done a red button reset. Sometimes that helps for a while. But it comes back.

Wish they would get a deal done with ESPN to stream.
