i too thought that i would never go back to cable when i made the switch to D* a year ago. At the time my cable provider (cablevision) didn't even have HD. I just switched earlier this week and am pretty satisfied. I know have Starz, HBO, Showtime, Cinimax, TMC, ESPN, ABC, NBC, FOX, CBS...

Regardless if she's right or wrong this is just another example of CSR's not having a clue about what is going on within thier own company. I just hope she was right.
