    i watched it on channel 7.1 OTA w/ my Vip222 Being new to HD I was amazed at the difference between channel 7 and 7.1 what a difference.

    According to antennaweb, I need a HDTV antenna that can get red & yellow. I am about 24 miles from the broadcasts. Any recomendations on which OTA antenna to get? What's everyone else using?

    yup, you will have to purchase a second reciever. I purchased a VIP211 since my install date for the VIP622 is Mar 5. So I bought the 211 so I could watch the Superbowl & Winter Olympics in HD.

    I just got off the phone and was told March 2nd for install. They will not ship the reciever to me. So no Superbowl or Winter Olympics in HD for me.

    When to call Dish

    i just called too and was told to call back at 8AM EST They were trying to give me a 811 for $49 plus 7 days for shipping What no Superbowl in HD I'll wait for the 622
