Yes I'm sure it sounds good but none of that has fixed my issue yet. I'm not sure how to pin point where the problem is because i have read similar reports of other users having issues with it on their home network but working on other networks. It's quite confusing.

I am running Windows 7 but Chrome Browser (Not Chrome OS). No nothing is connected to the USB other then the sling adapter. I do not believe my router supports UPnP, as all my devices cannot recognize it when it's on. FW has UPnP put in, however. I have it turned off. I will copy/paste...
