Thank you very much for the information that the $100 and $25 are standard charges. I just really think that they should have informed me. I have never had to pay an equipment upgrade fee in the previous 19 years.

I wasn't given anything to sign...just a phone call from me to a customer service rep saying we were moving and would like to upgrade our equipment.

I did ask.

We have been with DISH and had the Everything Pkg since about 1999. We recently moved and took advantage of the free movers offer. We also upgraded from a Hopper 2 to a Hopper 3 and upgraded from a Joey to a Wireless Joey. I always DREAD calling Dish for anything because I am terrible with...
