Not much of a tech guy, but, ( and this may be too much trouble, and or not possible ) ,as a " home trouble shoot "--put the hopper on the other tv and switch Joey also. See if it still does it...it will rule out whether or not it's your living room tv doing this. then you can tell tech guy...

Thanks. I think I got the money down now, still making sure I understood him correctly when he said he chose a second hopper instead of joeys..kinda getting the impression he has a 2 hopper / 0 Joey setup..if so he could be my new hero

Been married 24 years...sometimes I even grovel...if they don't give me what I want, I'll either change my want or wait till it all pans out.

Begging for 2 hoppers. Doesn't matter to me if they communicate with each other or not.

Even though I get my locals in hd through satellite, I'm assuming the k version is still better.

They gave me a choice to go back to same pricing as before the hopper / Joey--- they said I had a choice of 922's or 722's--- any input would be appreciated.

Yea, I feel a little bad about being concerned about a somewhat frivolous life issue as tuners...you guys have probably heard on the news about the tragedy in charleston, wv ,of 6 children- 2 adults dying in a house fire. My son was there earlier that day. He is best friends with the brother...

Thanks, I believe your right. I would assume if you had one television in your home , they probably let you have a hopper with no Joey. I I think the idea as a whole ,( hopper / Joey concept ), is a good idea , but at the same time there seems to be a crack in the idea when you get into the area...

They called me back yesterday. They didn't want to give me 2 hoppers and no joeys. They said I could have my 722's back. I said no problem and thanked them for their help in this matter. I kinda liked some of the features with the hopper system, but the tuners matter more.

I'm being 100% honest ..one hopper and one Joey is not enough...2 hoppers and one Joey is too much as I only have two tv's..
