So does anyone have a calculation that if a movie was 1080p60 what the speace requirement would be? Just looking at the frame rate being 2 1/2 times higher than the current release would lead one to increase capacity that much? I know that compression could make a big difference here.

Well I went into BB yesterday and that machine was locked up so I power cycled it and started to play and got locked up again. I push the eject button and someone had installed a computer generated dvd -r disk and was scratched really bad. I walked away...no wonder I never buying anything from...

So the only format that is close to this is the 48 FPS of IMAX correct? I thought that some of the film production company were chaning over to digital 60 fps but that is probably a rumor.

Thanks for the details of how they implement. Is it in the standard that if you have a video source that was 1080p60 that a future disc could have this? Future proofing is always a dangerous deal :)

So is the 1080p 24,30 or 60 fps???? Makes one wonder it it is 60 frames per second I could see the price difference....

So why write a review on the sammy when you don't have an HD disc? At that point I couldn't care less about the rest since the only reason for buying it as an early adopter is to se blu-ray. Too me really weird to spend the time to type something up that is really incomplete.

Theft of signal is just that theft nothing more nothing less. Just because you"get away" with this does not mean that is right but that is between you and whomever to decide. If some is shoplifting food for and elderly person that can't afford food does that making taking the food right...

Too small of wire gauge so voltage is dropping too far for your unit. I would be concerned about it big time. Has the circuit breaker been changed by a previous owner? Get a volt meter insert into the socket that you have the unit plug into and then turn on the A/C good odds are you will see...
