    I beleive it is not a glitch but a deliberate charge on behalf of certain folks at dish gauging what they can get away with. It is ALL calculated risk.

    Only difference is that with the 722 you would have to setup MANUAL timers without the programming info. But the picture will come in just fine. As long as you get a regular 722 and not a 722K. The K series is supposed to arrive with NO digital tuner.

    Install dish in an apartment...problem!!

    I prefer a std concrete cinderblock. Drill some holes in it to mount the mast to. Works great and a little lower profile.
