    Losing HD Absolute. Any suggestions?

    Hi, I got the dreaded letter today and didn't have a very good experience with customer service at Dish so I'm thinking of switching to DirectTV as well. When I do it online, I don't get that $14 bill credit for months 13-24, though... how'd you get that? Is that a location specific thing...
