Other than problems with instillation and DVR initially, I have had no problems with the service. it works great. I also like the ability to program the dvr from the internet.

if no troubleshooting is involved, then it should not take an hour and 1/2 wait on the phone to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out.

Cingular is co-owned by Bell South and SBC. It is highly unlikely that AT&T Wireless name will return unless these giants decide to split Cingular.

I have been watching the channel, and it is pretty good so far. it is one channel out of about 300. if you don't like it, block it the old fashioned way. Change the channel.
