did u buy your receiver from dtv or someone else? did u have to send in the receipt or did they take care of it over the phone?

i did it without a meter. i used a cell phone and home phone to talk back and forth. just follow the instructions. it can be done.

Got it all installed, the directions seemed complicated but it really wasnt that bad. I didnt have a meter so i just used the receiver, called my wife using my cell phone and she gave me readings. Thanks for your help.

88 on 23, no signal on 25, and 84 on 29

I just finished installing at9 dish, followed directions closely and when i confirmed setup sat 99 (network 10) failed. Does anyone know why it would do that and what i need to do?

i also live in an area where no local are available, i made up address of nearby city and got them

does anyone know how to determine which multiswitch is on the at9? my receiver asks if it is a 4x4 or 6x8. I can't find where it says.. in my instructions on the dish it just says with built in multi switch.
