Thats not exacty true. After a couple of hours on my last of many calls to "Tech" support,(who I believe only read que cards), "it" was admitted. The problem it seems is with Echo 10 spotbeems. I was told that only nonconus, PR ans AK were being afected. But, can't believe every thing you hear...
