Yes, all channels is selected. Anyhow, strangely, the channel appears everywhere and is back to normal.

Today, DISH Anywhere is missing my local CBS channel in the Guide. This is true on web and iOS and Firestick versions. It is not a Nexstar station and it appears in the Hopper 3 Guide, just gone from DA. Reboot of H3 had no effect. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

U936 on H3. Per CSR it includes a fix for the DA ”Sling media engine restarting” error that occurs for me with some regularity on Firestick. Fingers crossed that she is right.

I am having this exact same issue with iPhone and iPad and Hopper 3. Stuck in “refresh loop.” I thought it was the new Hopper not having “settled down.” Apparently not. It is a shame because I upgraded from 722 largely to get Dish Anywhere. Although I have been with DISH for close to 30...

Well, things have gotten worse. Now, the few channels that showed up aren’t even there or if they are I wouldn’t know because I can’t login! All I get is an infinite loop of “Logging in... your session has been refreshed.” Can’t move beyond this to any screen. So far I have tried deleting...

Just got H3 install today. Dish Anywhere is not showing all channels. Missing CNN, FOX, and perhaps others. Also missing are DISH locals and OTAs. All channels are on the Hopper. Is this normal? Should I expect DA to populate in a day or two?

Thanks. A tech came out last week but couldn't complete the order because it is a roof mount. He tried to locate a new dish near roof's edge but couldn't clear trees there. He can use the old dish and LNB's he says if someone runs more cables from them. I think it is a DP 500 plus (1000?)...
