    RVU on a UN60JU6400 with an HR54 / can't adjust resolution

    Don't suppose you know of a solution to the sound sporadically dropping out, do ya? Seems sketchy and I can't figure out why - saw other posts referencing same problem but I didn't see any proposed fixes. Thanks!

    Thanks for weighing in so quickly - seems to have straightened itself out once I got on a HD channel - options are still greyed out though so maybe it's all auto only or something.

    Finally got it setup and the genie remote programmed but the resolution is horrible and when we try to access the menus to adjust it, they're greyed out. Firmware on TV is up to date. There's no setting in the TV to adjust it either. I'm out of ideas. Any help plz? Thanks (Srry if I posted...
