wanted to thank everyone, turned out the problem was a CSR had removed my HD on my programming by mistake, once that was fixed, the reset worked. Thanks again.

My 129 was knocked out of place, has now been repeaked but my HD will not show in guide or menus. How do you force a guide download on the hopper?
