    Dish is very busy anytime you call or chat Why?

    They fired a ton of customer service agents before I quit from all locations and closed down a few call centers. There are much less working for DISH now.

    Metrics definitely got "silly" near the end of my employment there.. but that wasn't the reason. The whole atmosphere completely changed over the last 2-3 years. There was a major disconnect between upper management and below. Way worse than it used to be. Mass layoffs.. lost all of my friends...

    There might be a few different numbers, but I can assure you it's the same department. Sorry for the late reply. Just quit working at DISH so I don't check up on here too much anymore.

    They used to be the "Office of the President" department. They just had a name change. Basically the highest you can get when it comes to a CSR.

    DISH also has a catastrophic event policy so if that was the case for Cac303, he would have gotten credited as well.

    Had a customer tell me it was 10pm central time. Seems like it's been pushed back twice in 2 hour intervals.

    It's affecting a big portion of Texas too. ABC affiliates in Austin, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, and Dallas-Ft.Worth.

    As far as I know, no correlation. These takedown messages started 1 day before Tegna's messages so who knows.
