After 3.55 it has gotten worse. Audio sync problems and choppy video. I have they rollback to the previous software as I did not have any problems with that version

I've had my 622 fo 5 days now. I have mine set up with an HDMI connection and ton's of timers. I am extremely happy with it so far. The SD quality on the 622 is way better than it was on my 942. It is a much sharper picture. The only issue I've had is that I recorded Flavor of Love...

I have had mine since this Sunday March 5th. No issues at all whatsoever.

As mentioned in other threads. Go to your menu options and select Audio Sync. Change your setting from HD to SD and see if that helps. I worked for me and other folks. Good luck.

Have you tried going into the menu and changing the option for Audio Sync from HD to SD? That worked for me and various other folks.

I ordered my 622 on Feb 2nd, received an install date of March 5th (yesterday). After reading all the horror stories, I made sure to call Dish two weeks after to make sure they had everything in the order, dp44 switch, d1000, hd platinum etc. Two weeks prior to the install checked...

My TV has svideo or rca inputs only. Does anyone know of a component to s-video adapter/converter or component to rca? Not sure if this is the righ forum for it but thanks!

I called Feb 2nd. They told me that the 622 would be brought by the installer. Guess what showed up at my door yesterday? A shiny brand new VIP 622. Install date of March 5th (Sunday).
