For some reason one of my 722's is no longer showing either channel 501 or Channel 1 but the other one is. I tried doing check switch and forcing a guide update but that did work have a mixed arc set up 110,119,61.5 and 72.7 signal strength is good any ideas?

Will the ones they are selling now for $99.00 be upgradeable when they release an update or will the new ones have more memory to support apps?

What model receiver do you have? if it is a 722 hit the Menu button on your remote then select option 6 system setup, then option 8 Hdtv set up make sure TV type is set to 1080i and Aspect Ratio is set to 16 x 9. If that does not work try a different Hdmi cable.

Does the TV have a 3 prong plug? if so try plugging it in using a 3 prong adapter to rule out any grounding issues at your parents house.

I have two 722's and I love them but as far as VOD, have been buying more from my Apple TV than Dish. Unless I want a 1080P event. Although do rent from both also use Quiricity on my Sony blue ray player. My biggest gripe with Netflix is most of what they have have seen months before either on...

I would also check the settings on your TV some sets automatically sense the type of HDMI input others may need to be configured to match that of the Dish receiver, it also could be a bad HDMI cable you could try component for video and optical for audio to see if that improves things. Please...
