    Pleased with Charter Internet

I've been with Charter forever and really have no complaints. As somebody alluded to earlier in the thread, all Charter residential HSI will be 60Mb down soon without a price increase and yes you need a DOCSIS 3.0 modem which they now provide free of charge. The county next to me just got the...

    Charter HBO HD On Demand

HBOHD On Demand is back! I received this from CharterSteve this morning and indeed it's back. Must have happened this week as I haven't seen SD and HD titles mixed together before. It's currently set up that way in Movies, Series, etc. Wonder if the HD folder will return?

    Charter HBO HD On Demand

First, I'm posting this question on a few different forums as I don't know what the level of cross-over amongst members is between the different sites. I used to have HBOHD VOD with Charter until HBO shut it down for all cablecos January, 2008. I discovered that Comcast resumed this service...

    Charter HD in Vermont

I was reluctant to reply as I am not in Vermont. However, since you received a comment from Georgia, I'll throw my 2 cents in from Michigan. I am receiving my Charter services through their Traverse City region. I think we have 19 HD channels now and they are excellent quality. DHT is...

    charter hd picture quality

Like I said, there is a huge difference between the different Charter regions. Where I work in Cheboygan, MI only 35 miles from my house, they have no digital cable, no HSI, no HD, no VOIP telephony, no VOD and no idea when any of this might be available. I on the other hand have all the...

Welcome New Members! (Please Say HI here!)

Just stopped in to say Hi. Have been lurking off and on for quite awhile and thought I would finally come on board. Am with Charter cable now, used to have DirecTv. Always looking to learn something new and happy to pass along things I've picked up along the way. KAP

    charter hd picture quality

jeffdan, I think you've hit that nail on the head. There is apparently a huge difference between services offered, service quality, etc. between the different Charter regions. I have been with Charter for sometime now and have always had at least good PQ. Now, I really don't think my HD...
