Glad you can justify keeping your 3 HD TV's and not "blowing" your money. You obviously haven't done any research on UHD's. You see ONE (1) UHD TV and you think UHD sucks.

Fail. You can not judge a UHD TV with a crap source and OOB settings. You should have a requested a 4K source. Anyone looking to buy a UHD TV should put a Samsung high on their list. Theirs are the only sets in which the hardware can be upgraded.

The damage is very minor. Only one shingle. I'm not making a big production. It may sound like I'm freaking out here, but I'm not. Mabye just venting since a paid 8K for for something that now has damage that is clearly visible. Not trying to scam dish. I am not like that. I just want it fixed...

He didnt need to get on the roof. A DTV dish mount was installed on the corner of the house at the top. This is the side of the house. Gutters are in the front. He should have put the ladder on the siding. If this bores you, don't read it.

The roof was replaced in 2008. I paid a lot of money for it. But the fact of the matter is the installer damaged it without saying anything.

His super will come by and take pics. The shingles overlap the edge of the roof on the sides of the roof. Gutters are in the front. Where he put the ladder on the side, the shingles broke. Still not sure he did a good install. He used a mount from an old DTV dish that was installed in 2004. And...
