A lien against anything, requires court involvement, this never happen ... AND NO, the wording in the contracts back them were FLAWED, admitted to under oath by DISH ..... There is a process of LAW, not internal desires which govern all of this.... DISH MADE NO ACTIONS ACCORDING TO LAW ...
